One more thing. when you take good care of your Galt, Nadia, then she will evolve into an adult, but here is the trick. You won't know what colour of Galt she'll turn into! That's the surprise! Then she can apply for a job if she has enough skill points! Also post and say that you have played with one of your toys, and then me or you can add the skill points to Nadia's skill point list.
